I was scammed by someone named Cleve Manger of Real Link Home Services. I have posted ads warning of this on the same craiglist housing section that I found his ads on. He has taken down the website. There is a new site called “http://longandshorttermapt.co.uk/” which might be the new site. I have checked through the ‘Whois’ domain ownership search and the domain name owner has opted to keep their name unlisted.(very suspicious…)
I have contacted a fraud warning bureau through craigslist, which for some reason is in the US. I have written to craigslist to no avail or reply.
The ads continue to proliferate and the websites they create seem very professional.

I am especially angry because I had booked the apartment for my 16 year old daughter and her cousin, who arrived in London after midnight and went to the location. They were extremely scared waiting until 1:30, only to have no one show up with the keys. The money is one thing, my child’s safety brings out Mama Bear…!
